Hi there,

i was wondering is there will be compatibility with the new DENON HS 5500 anytime soon? I am still waiting for vista drivers for it and would love to control DJ decks with it..

I know the 4500 is supported but the 5500 has some added functionality.. (e.g. 2 decks in 1 etc)

Cheers

Will

The buttons that are also on the hc4500 can already be accessed by selecting the hc4500 and then selecting your hs5500 from the midi device list.
Full support for the hs5500 is planned, but I'm hoping denon will send me one which will make development a lot easier :)

I have been looking into the new Denon DN-S1200 CD/MP3/Midi Controller.

It supports custom midi mapping so I thought this would be fine controlling within djdecks using two DN-S1200 controllers (one for each deck in djdecks).

In a similar vein to the DN-S5500 the previous poster talked about, would some of the buttons and controls on the DN-S1200 be currently supported natively as they are similar to the DN-HC4500? And is native support of the DN-S1200 planned for djdecks eventually?

Thanks,
