Most of the effects are actually working.
Just try with another skin such as Dunks1984

For VST's I have been looking on how this should be done, but so far not really found exactly how this works on Mac OS.

Hm, can't help you with that.

I see some effects are working on the Dunks skin, nice. Too bad the skin is pretty unstable on Mac OS.. It takes 3 times longer too load and regularly locks up. I don't know what causes it, because the terminal does not echo any error message.. A nice, stable default skin for the Mac version would be so great :)

Of course :)

But there are a few minor faults in the current SPM skin that could easily be fixed. Im not talking about implementing everything, but trying to make sure that everything that is IN the skin, actually works :)

That's what I mean! Take out all the skin-parts that do not work properly or not at all. But this is the wrong topic I guess ;)

erh... you can't be serious? you want him to take everything out that is not working while he's working to get everything working?
so you actually want to triple his work?
1) take out what is not working
2) insert code to make things work that are not working
3) put back in what he just had to take out

sounds like a pain to me...

this is actually what it means to be beta testing...
somethings work, somethings don't... it's OUR job as beta testers (when you decide to beta test :p) to:
1) live with it
2) read every change log so you know what's in and what isn't
3) use only what is supposed to be in, and criticize those parts of it that you think are not working like the change log said)
4) be very patient (with Adion less so than with most Beta cycles)

But I do understand your frustration since there is no stable mac build to stick with, but giving him more work won't speed up that progress now, would it?
