I recently discovered that the pitch variance is locked at 0.70 no matter how many auto calibration i do.
i use normal behaviour, no smoothing in pitch detection and pitch smoothing.

is it normal ?

I noticed the same thing when using the SSL vinyl on my 1200's .. I dont have preamps on them yet so i'm kind of kludging it. I suspect that might be the reason. On my Denon DN-S3500's Cd- Decks they lock up solid at 0.0 percent using either the SSL or the DJDecks timecodes.

cheers

Same Problem to me. Tried it with different versions of djdecks, also the newest 0.88 build. Pitch Variance only for the first first input channel is always 0,70%. Checked Turntables, Needles, Vinyl, Preamp, Cables... they all seem to be good because on the second input channel i have a variance of 0,02 % with every combination of hardware. could it be a software problem (bug?!?!) or is my sound card fucked up?

Will try the sound card in another PC next days...

EDIT: Tryed the card in another PC with few different drivers. Same Problem. :(

Best Regards

Is the pitch variance for all of you still very high after an analysis?
If so, could you try what happens if you manually lower it to 0.01 for example.
